Suffolk Woodchips Ltd offer a variety of renewable wood chip products for Equestrian purposes. All of our equine products can also be used for livestock and poultry wood chip, and are made from virgin pine sourced from Thetford Forest. Particles range from 5-60mm to create a light soft and free draining material for your animals.

An absorbent alternative to sawdust, suitable for equestrian bedding areas.

Equine Wood Chip

We offer equine surface chip for arenas and training areas to create a soft springy surface for the protection of horses joints. All of our equine surface chip is softwood, mainly pine, sourced from the surrounding forest and is screened to remove all fine and oversize particles to provide a consistent, well-drained surface. The resulting wood chips last for a number of years and can be maintained by just a light top. Available in 1m3 or 2m3 bulk bags, or bulk commercial sales over 3m3.

Pathway Fibre

Our specially produced pathway fibre offers a reduced cost product for stable pathways and muddy areas. A fibrous product that binds together well to create a stable surface that binds together well. Requires light top up after 3-4 years. Available in 1m3 or 2m3 bulk bags, or bulk commercial sales over 3m3.
